South Dartmouth Manor

This project consisted of a multi-phased renovation and expansion of a magnificent ocean-side manor house in southern Massachusetts. In addition to a new Boat House substantial renovations were made to the Manor House consisting of a new Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Living and Dining Room rearrangements, and an all new Master Suite. To allow family members a direct access to the new Kitchen wing, a stairway was created that sets back from the French door fenestration allowing maximum light and views while creating an ideal vertical communication between the two floors.

The new Master Suite includes elegant accommodations in stone and mahogany, accented with decorative glass and patterned tile floors.
