Lynnfield House

MMA renovated this North Shore ranch into a dynamic contemporary home. Two perpendicular glass gables were incorporated to highlight the refurbished Master Bath and Kitchen / Breakfast wings, significantly improving the exterior forms of the home. This approach created better visibility and flow from the interior to the exterior and opened the house up to beautiful woodlands.

The interior was updated by using woods such as rift white ash and eucalyptus—in concert with sandblasted glass and stainless steel— and patterned plaster to yield a unique and sophisticated end product.
