Cape Cod Renovation
MMA,
Inc. was asked by a long-standing client to renovate their
summer home on the ocean. Requested was an outdoor entertainment
zone including a pool, spa, generous terraces and exterior
kitchen with a stone fireplace.
John
MacDonald, along with project manager Corey MacPherson
and designer Chris Bailow, fashioned the above program
to partner with a new conservatory with "opening walls"
and a combination Guest/Pool House that is positioned
to provide privacy to the terraces from the street and
utilizes covered walkways for exterior circulation. The
result is a home that melds the best of indoor and outdoor
for sophisticated summer living.
