West Indies Estate

This large estate in the West Indies is designed to capture stunning views of the nearby landscape, golf course, and ocean beyond. Situated on a sloping site, the estate consists of the main house and separate north wing linked together via a covered colonnade with a bold all-mahogany, open-air leisure, and dining pavilion. A separate cottage is also positioned nearby.

The sprawling estate features a stunning two-level pool with a waterpark-grade waterslide, both embraced by a rich landscape with feature and event lawns, terraces in Spanish limestone, and rough boulders from the site. The house sits upon a Nevis stone plinth that wraps the entire ensemble, while Nevis stone walls are brought inside as feature walls to compliment smooth stucco finishes. Ceilings are dramatically uplight from knife-edge plaster soffits highlighting painted ceiling beams with wood paneling throughout. Both kitchens offer a counter-point in materials with rich mahogany cabinetry and contrasting pale stone counters.
