Nevis Parish Plantation

MMA is once again retained to design this sleek contemporary home near the Montpelier Estate on Nevis in the West Indies. Its upland location boasts commanding views of the Caribbean, and Nevis Peak to the southeast. The home’s L- shape plan provides relief from the trade winds to the pool deck and viewing platforms. The hallmark of the design is its transparency, allowing for uninterrupted vistas throughout the home. Slimline black powder-coated metal windows, combined with soaring mahogany ceilings and regional stone accents, create a modern architectural vocabulary that allows the incredible landscape and setting to meld with the sophisticated interiors. Construction begins in early summer 2024!
